After more than thirty years of service as one of the Navy’s top aviators, Pete “Maverick†Mitchell (Tom Cruise) is where he belongs, pushing the envelope as a courageous test pilot and dodging the advancement in rank that would ground him. Old ’80s action movie heads might start singing by the end of this one… Flyyyy intoooo the DANGER ZONE!! Can’t call this a comeback, throwback, spinoff, sequel… How about this is just a great movie based on another great movie from the ’80s #TopGun
Man, somebody call Eddie Murphy and get to work on a new ‘Beverly Hills Cop’ joint and 2020 is a WRAP for the theater! Get the popcorn sales jumping out the gym!
(Also, is Tom Cruise gonna age anytime soon? Must be some hellafied CGI… been about 40 years now.)

Wow again… just realized that Ethan Hunt (Cruise) is fighting the movie ‘Superman’ (Cavill) in there! Extra butter on that popcorn!!

Henry Cavill, Angela Bassett, and Vanessa Kirby also join the dynamic cast with filmmaker Christopher McQuarrie returning to the helm.
