He is an action comic media uber-super fan who can (and will, above) give you enough knowledge to fend off that ‘real’ fan. Listen up and make whoever wants to call you a novice BOW DOWN to your fandom.
Kevin Smith takes us through the history of Spider-Man in film and television, from 1978’s “Spider-Man Strikes Back” to 2017’s “Spider-Man: Homecoming.”

EPIC trailer for what ought to be an epic movie. Bet money that Michael Keaton is gonna be a smash as The Vulture in Spiderman: Homecoming. You saw the latest incarnation of the Marvel mainstay in “Captain America: Civil War” but now we get a look at young Parker web-slinging solo… well, at least in the title role. There is certain to be some cameo caramel (would you like some Iron Man Tony Stark with that?) to go with this popcorn-selling soon-to-be-classic! Peep the trailer for “Spider-Man: Homecoming” above.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (Trailer)

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 hits theaters this summer on May 2nd & although I’m interested in seeing the film I hope it doesn’t drown in too much CGI. I also noticed from this trailer a few hints that possibly one of the villains in the upcoming movie will be “The Rhino” which one of my personal favorite adversaries to Spider-Man. From the glimpses I peeped from the trailer, it appears The Rhino could be a mechanized villain. I hope the creators don’t ruin The Rhino’s appearance in the film although actor Paul Giamatti is an excellent choice of talented actors rumored to be playing the role. Jamie Foxx stars as Spidey’s nemesis Electro in the upcoming film & there’s some sort of secret event about to go down in Times Square on New Years Eve according to the countdown timer on the ElectroArrives.com website. The film directed by Marc Webb & starring Andrew Garfield returning as Spider-Man, finds Peter Parker picking up new clues as to why his parents left, rekindling his love for Gwen played by actress Emma Stone, & the return of his old pal Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan).  Things don’t get any easier when he’s also busy battling former foes & new bad guys.

The Amazing Spider-Man (Trailer)

I was rather dismissive of this upcoming flick when I first saw the initial press photos that were released from the film, but this new official trailer for the upcoming The Amazing Spider-Man movie looks rather promising. It appears the creators have decided to delve into a more darker & less light-hearted version of the Spider-Man franchise in this particular reboot. I’d say the approach is similar to how the earlier Batman movies & sequels were more ‘popcorn fare’, but the later ones starring Christian Bale were darker & more gangsta. I’m getting the same feeling after watching this trailer that’s the plan for the Amazing Spider-Man. Not sure about all the added CGI effects, but we’ll see come July 3rd…
