The original Yeezy production – “Black Skinhead” – already went out of bounds (BOUND!) and crossed genres (and lines) on its own. Now… let Flying Lotus get in there with an instrumental, and Thundercat clown on it. Seems like we ought to call it more than a remix. Let’s call it damn good and get to playing and replaying it instead of wasting time trying to describe the indescribable, alright?

Miguel’s new joint “How Many Drinks” off of his Grammy nominated ‘Kaleidoscope Dream’ album is one of my favorite tracks off of his project. There weren’t many ways to improve on such a dope song, but adding Compton emcee Kendrick Lamar for the remix & within the new video makes it even more of a massive win. The video was directed by the one & only Will Feagins, Jr. for High Impact Multimedia. This is a nice little creative appetizer before Boog Brown drops her new album “The Late Bloom” later this year.
