Raekwon x Ghostface Killah Perform At Coachella 2015 (Video)
Last week, repping the Wu-Tang hard, Raekwon and Ghostface Killah took the stage and did the damn damage at the 2015 Coachella Festival! The crowd had the W’s up before the show even started. And when it did, even the DJ (Scram Jones) had to take a phone pic. Heads are almost guaranteed to lose their sh!t by the time “Incarcerated Scarfaces†comes up. And you might get a little misty when they do “Shimmy Shimmy Ya†for the late bro ODB.

Raekwon With A Wu-Tang Memory: A Push-Up Competition With ODB… After Smoking Dust (Video)
You know how blogs try to jazz up the titles and bylines to get readers to come read posts. Well, there was not much “jazzing” to do on this one. It’s Raek, talking Wu-Tang, specifically ODB… remembering when he, Dirty B and a gang ‘o ninjas got down with some “dust” then got down on the floor and knocked out thousands of pushups. Fitness plan for your a$$ to be certain! Wow.

Raekwon – “The Rap Monument” (Prod. By Hudson Mohawke x Nick Hook x S-Type) [Video]
Get in, hit hard, step out. No mystery to the chess-boxing in the booth here. Lyrical assault on a helpless mic. Only take about a minute. The Chef Raekwon left it smoking in there! Trust. Watch.
Wu-Tang Clan – “A Better Tomorrow” (Video)
Black lives matter. Hip-Hop matters, especially when it is bringing truth to light like this. Great flip of the “Wake Up Everybody” music by Teddy Pendergrass for today’s cause. Respect to Wu-Tang for putting this out; especially now.
This visual was created by Wu-Tang Clan in the hopes of inspiring change and promoting unity throughout the world.
Raekwon x Ghostface Killah – “All About The Money” (Remix)
The Wu-Tang’s Chef and Ironman Tony Starks go HAM on this freestyle, remixing Troy Ave’s jawn with all the current buzzy-buzz… “All About The Money.†Dope treatment. Listennnn!

Raekwon – “Zoom” / “Free”
Another doper-than-dope Hip-Hop dosed redux of a late 20th century classic… this time times two. Yuh! Yooo @ojones1 Raekwon touched on that Commodores jam “Zoom” (Tuskegee represent)… and got at that “Free” as a B-side wrap up for this gift to the eager #TBT (Throwback Thursday) fan masses eagerly waiting for this weekly blessing.
Raekwon – “Why Dont We Fall In Love” (Remix)
You didn’t think Raekwon quit the Throwback game, did you? Tsk, tsk… no way. Waaay to much dope R&B digging to do. And tell me you ain’t digging that Amerie singing… and cover pic. Mm mm mmmm!
Cavalier – “Bitter Truth” feat. Raekwon
I’m high. I ain’t never coming down!
– Cavalier
The single’s lyrics and lyricists (Cavalier welcomes Raekwon to this cipher) rolled tight on this track. Rolled tight like that good piff to puff. Check out this piff entitled “Bitter Truth” off Cavalier’s “Chief” (out now on iTunes).
Raekwon Speaks On His Career, Next Album And More (Video)
Ascending alongside his Wu-Tang Clan Chef Raekwon, architect of the Golden Era classic “Only Built 4 Cuban Linx”… all that. Face it: Folks are interested in what Raek is doing NEXT; not last. Well, trust that the Chef was built to last. And bet money that his upcoming LP “Fly International Luxurious Art” (due out November 4, 2014) will be, too.
Well before the “Fly” release, watch the Chef above; speaking on Hip-Hop and his carer – then and now – and more.
Raekwon – ‘Close To You’
Raekwon continues his ‘Throwback Thursday’ assault over classic R&B joints from back in the day. This time around the Wu-Tang lyricist decides to take it back to the 80s & get ‘Close To You’ on this Gwen Guthrie joint. It’s an interesting choice for ‘the Chef’ to flip his lyrical finesse over, but I think Rae should have utilized her 1986 ‘get off your ass’ controversial classic “Ain’t Nothing Going On But The Rent”. It’s all good…. just another appetizer before Raekwon’s upcoming ‘F.I.L.A.’ project on the way.

Raekwon – “Got To Be There / The Girl Is Mine”
Raekwon flips a few classics again for what seems like his weekly Throwback Thursday series of freestyles. This time around ‘The Chef’ reaches into his bag for the Michael Jackson classics ‘Got To Be There’ & then segues into ‘The Girl Is Mine’ duet with Paul McCartney. Rae continues to hit us with all these musical appetizers before his next album ‘F.I.L.A.’ drops.
Raekwon – “When I See You”
It’s all in the ingredients, Chef. We hear ya. Gotta wonder what a tasty track will result when Raekwon (of Wu-Tang Clan) starts with a throwback classic like Fantasia’s already dope “When I See You.” Well, wonder no more. Stream it below.
Raekwon – “Give Me Your Love” (Remix)
Well, when you’re onto something… keep it up! This is like… the sixth… R&B throwback jawn jumped on by Wu-Tang’s Raekwon. This time he touches on Sylvia Striplin… um… her classic song. Check out his “Give Me Your Love†(Remix).
Raekwon – “Ooh La La La”
That airy track is almost singing “Ooh La La La” on it’s own… but then Teena Marie takes it over. Listen closely. This is the latest Throwback Thursday track from the Wu chef Raekwon… another flip of some classic R&B; approaching the Teena track with them words!
Raekwon – “Footsteps In The Dark”
Raekwon with another blessing over another classic R&B track for his throwback series. This verse is over The Isley Brothers’ “Footsteps In The Dark.”
