Dirt Disciples – “Hologram” (Prod. By DJ Concept)
It has been said, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” Now, I don’t know if New York’s Dirt Disciples (Rome Clientel & DJ Concept) hung out tough with KXNG Crooked, Prodigy, Nature, Reek Da Villian or any of the other dope cats that made the “Opportunity Knox” LP this time around for Volume 3. But this DJ Concept beat though, there’s proof of one above-average producer doing work for a helluva emcee! Hell, their “Hologram” contribution to the project might make Dirt Disciples part of the others’ five.

Prodigy – “Tyrannyâ€
Well it’s the P. M-O-B-B D-E-E-P on all y’all that is. Spitting “Tyranny†lyricism ‘so his grandkids can eat’ off his words! That evil drunk beat though. Yooooo!

Mobb Deep Speaks On Being Ready For Beef & Being Sampled Often (Video)
When Mobb Deep would say, “There’s a war going on outside, no man is safe from” … sh!t was real? Yes. And they stayed ready for ‘the realness.’ Hear about it from Hav and Prodigy themselves; and the respect they have for those who sampled them (as they considered doing so a compliment).
Prodigy x Toro Y Moi – “Keep It Toro” (Cookin Soul Remix)
I couldn’t wait to play this joint on my radio show after I first heard it. Production duo ‘Cookin Soul’ does it again with this very ill remix of Prodigy’s classic Alchemist produced banger ‘Keep it Thoro’, but they flip it by melding the sounds from the Toro Y Moi joint ‘Day One’ off of his ‘Anything In Return’ album that dropped two year ago. This particular musical mashup is just toooooo dope. Y’all need to go on ahead & hit that download icon while you still can….
Mobb Deep – “All A Dream” feat. The L.O.X. (Video)
It may seem like a dream but it’s real. Mobb Deep & The L.O.X. connect on some Queensbridge-Yonkers type ‘ish for this new video with the Biggie sample from his classic ‘Juicy’ record. It’s crazy to think it took this long for Prodigy, Havoc, Styles P, Sheek Louch, & Jadakiss to collaborate altogether in some way. Maybe it’s a start of good things to come in terms of crew collabos. For now peep the new video & cop the song off the latest Mobb Deep album ‘The Infamous Mobb Deep LP’ that’s out now.
Mobb Deep – “Dirt” featuring Ghostface Killah (Prod. By Illmind) [Remix]
Prodigy and the H-a-v-o-c from the QBC … with the Wu emcee Tony Starks. Dope “Dirt” remix (featuring Ghostface Killah). The original is on “The Infamous Mobb Deep” LP. Linked below for you convenience and consideration.

Mobb Deep – Taking You Off Here (Video)
Brand new video from the Queensbridge duo Prodigy & Havoc for the single we’ve been running on our radio show called ‘Taking You Off Here’. It’s almost that time for Mobb Deep to drop their brand new album ‘The Infamous Mobb Deep’ on April 1st.
Prodigy x Alchemist – “IMDKV” (Video)
One of the best hip hop albums to drop in 2013 (#6 on our list of Best Hip Hop Albums Of 2013) was the Alchemist-produced ‘Albert Einstein’ project featuring 1/2 of the M.O.B.B., ill emcee, Prodigy. For those who love that gritty hip hop music, the album surely it didn’t disappoint & the video keeps in step with that same hardcore concept. I’m personally waiting for an ill video to my favorite song ‘Bear Meat’, but for now Prodigy x Alchemist deliver this new clip for “IMDKV” directed by Tha Profitt & featuring actor Tray Chaney of the HBO series ‘The Wire’. The video is partially inspired by a scene from the critically acclaimed television series based out of Baltimore.
M.O.P. – “Street Certified” feat. Mobb Deep
Brand new banger from two of my all-time favorite hardcore hip hop groups…. Brooklyn’s M.O.P. and Queensbridge’s finest Mobb Deep. This brand new single ‘Street Certified’ with Havoc & Prodigy will appear on Billy Danze & Lil Fame’s upcoming M.O.P. album, executive produced by DJ Premier, and to be released sometime in the near future. For now just bang this out at high volume! Fiyaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!

Prodigy and Alchemist Go ‘Back & Forth’ about ‘NY vs. LA’ While Reminsicing at the ‘Brisk Bodega’ (Video)
“I thought [Alchemist] was a Fed… I thought they sent the Feds to investigate us.” – Prodigy (of Mobb Deep)
…and that’s just how this crazy talk started. Nifty clip of Prodigy and Alchemist talking about New York versus LA living, their beginnings together and more. Brought to you by Brisk Bodega partnering with Noisey, Vice’s music channel.

Mobb Deep Speak On ‘Fighting Like Brothers’ & Reuniting Again For Their Upcoming 20th Anniversary (Video)
In this recent interview with MTV, Prodigy & Havoc speak on their very public feud & beef which eventually led to the rumored breakup of Mobb Deep. We all know things appear to have been patched up since then, but this is most likely the first time these two have sat down on camera to discuss what happened from the beef to reuniting again as they prepare for their 20th anniversary tour that’s on the horizon.

Mac Miller feat. Prodigy – “Confessions Of A Cash Register” (Prod. By Alchemist)
Produced by Alchemist, “Confessions of a Cash Register” features Prodigy starting the rhymes with classic crime-murda-murda-not-loving-these-hoes talk. Then Mac Miller wraps the rap (all the way to the abrupt gunshot on the track). Alchemist and Prodigy make good music. This Mac track continues the tradition.

Prodigy feat. Wiz Khalifa – “Co-Pilot”
Another single from Prodigy’s new album “H.N.I.C. 3″ (due to drop July 3, 2012). For this track, “Co-Pilot,” he brings in Wiz Khalifa to double team the rap and The Colombians to beat up the track. That “H.N.I.C. 3” ought to be dope given the tracks being leaked (like the one featured in an earlier post –  “Pretty Thug”).
Prodigy – “Pretty Thug” (Video)
Been playing this record fairly regularly on the Beatz & Lyrics Show & I believe the thing I like the most about this song is the way it comes on with Tupac’s scene from the movie “Juice” in the intro. With the help of the Onsmash crew Prodigy’s new ‘King Of New York’ influenced video is now up on the web for all the fans to get the visual picture. Prodigy’s upcoming album H.NI.C. 3 drops Tuesday July 3rd…..
