Boston’s veteran wordsmith Slaine new studio album “One Day” is scheduled for a November 22nd release via AR Classic Records. The album will be produced by The Arcitype and is set to feature guest appearances by Vinnie Paz, ILL BILL, Apathy, Locksmith, Rite Hook, Statik Selektah, and more.
“One Day” is a complex tapestry that navigates listeners through an emotional roller-coaster of pain, loss, reflection, and redemption. Throughout the album, Slaine searches for strength inside his wordplay, as he delivers his trademark sharp delivery and aggressive cadence. The music rattles the cage of the past to draw out the complex emotions that are needed to create a moving Hip-Hop album.
Throughout his music career which spans over a decade in a half, Slaine has released a collection of classic albums and worked with icons such as B Real, Everlast, ILL BILL, DJ Premier, Sean Price, Bun B, Sick Jacken, Raekwon, U God, DJ Muggs, Tech N9ne, Swollen Members, Action Bronson and Statik Selektah among others.

Okay. It’s just us here, so you can tell the truth… If you weren’t hip to how much we post on him here, and you came across Slaine on the street, you would NOT assume that he was a killer in the game with these BARZ, would you? Admit it. Even if he said he was down with Statik Selektah, you’d be looking at him like, “Oh cool. So you tote crates or manage his career. Y’all are family, right?”
Then comes this BANGER! And the visuals for it. That beat work by The Arcitype AND table turn-up from Stat Diddy AND the homie Rasheed Chappell with the hook game… THEN the BARZ from Slaine bringing you pain… but it’s too late. The emcee murder already has his weapon, the M-I-C!
