Detroit producer Apollo Brown & Brooklyn emcee Omar Credle, better known to the world as O.C., dropped one of the best independent hip hop albums this year with “Trophies” in my opinion. I’ve been running a number of tracks from the album that’s now available on itunes through my radio show but their label Mellow Music Group just let loose this pretty dope gem called ‘The Biggest Loser’ that didn’t make the album probably due to some tricky legal issues with the Pat Benatar sample that’s used. I can’t wait to spin this joint on the Beatz & Lyrics Show as well this Saturday night….

I was in the car listening to DJ Premier’s radio show on Sirius XM radio when he debuted this new joint “Prove Me Wrong” from the upcoming collaborative album by Detroit producer Apollo Brown & Brooklyn lyrical veteran O.C.
