There is only one thing not to like about this video… NOTHING! Everything is love! Even down to giving camera time, in the video, to the owner of the hood spot where he shot the video. I imagine they (Fredo Pounds, GrecTvFIlmz) envisioned how they could do the vid with footage shot in the store, approached the guy and told him of their plans, and dude was down; esp. with a shout for his biz, since it will likely get more visits as Fredo ‘Pounds’ the pavement (and the Internet ‘super highway’) for more visits for himself and GrecTvFIlmz. By all the “Windows” shopping they will be doing (e.g. promo work), everyone benefits! That’s how you do good BUSINESS people. So necessary! My brother BoneBreaker Jones and I used to have constant conversations about this. Get help if you need it. That’s just good sense, but historically we have been on some nonsense in our community when it comes to matters of mental health… dismissive and even destructive at times. That has to stop, and talk like what Joey O puts down on this Nottz-produced track must continue!
Mental Health awareness is more than just a hashtag or a month of the year dedicated to its cause. It’s an everyday issue. Millions of us struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD and many other forms of mental illness. I just want everyone to know that they should never feel ashamed or be afraid to ask for help. You’re not weak or crazy or a failure. You’re human. And humans aren’t perfect. We’re flawed and delicate. Speak to a therapist. Talk to a friend. Exercise. Diet. Meditate. Do whatever it takes. You’re worth it. Who knows… Your story may help someone else. Like me.
