HILARIOUS!!
Remember when 2 Chainz took on The Human Highlight Reel aka Dominique Wilkins? Well, go back to that post here… AFTER you watch what we have here above… because Titty Boi 2 Pointer is balling with the Big Leaguers again. And he is giving them enough to where the NBA’ers have to give him some talk back. Get ’em 2 Chainz. Rep the ATL well!
That tape –
Bonus behind the scenes trash talk from the pro-ballers after the jump. A whole other thing. Really good though.
Joey Bada$$ – “Victory†(Prod. By Kirk Knight x 1-900) [Video]
The Courtside Project partnered up with Brooklyn emcee Joey Bada$$ to bring you the new postseason anthem “Victory.”
NBA Standout DeMar DeRozan’s Favorite Things (Video)
When you really know people, you know what they are into. So get to know DeMar DeRozan. Beyond the skills. Some baller stuff in his list, but some realness in there as well. Good clip.
Toronto Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan gives us a rundown of his favorite things.
She calls it ‘pizza’… that’s sweet. Daddies, hug your daughters.
Former NBA Player Kenny Anderson’s New Documentary Film “Mr. Chibbs” (Trailer)
One of the best pure point guards in the NBA.
That’s Kenny Anderson. And that’s a hell of an intro for a basketball player… drunk driving, womanizing, babymaking machine. And balancing it all, reflecting on and coming to grips with it all, and the journey forward as a sober, responsible man and father… ought to make for one hell of a documentary.
Yep. Call the movie “Mr Chibbs.” Looks like a slam dunk for a must watch.

NBA Standout Dwayne Wade Speaks On Leaving The Heat For The Windy City And Getting A Warm Reception And More (Video)
It’s only a six-minute clip but there is a lot in there (including precious seconds of screen time with gorgeous wifey Gabrielle Union). D Wade joining D Rose in Chicago certainly signals the Bulls desire to win rings, but other things ring true in this clip. Concerned about making the most of his remaining time (even referencing his long-gone youth, when he was ‘able to sit Indian style’ and dream about playing for the Bulls), getting the best contract and competitive situation for himself…all that and more…factored into Dwayne Wade’s decision to make that move from Miami. Watch him talk all about it above.
Dwayne Wade speaks with Cari Champion about his decision to sign with his hometown Chicago Bulls, his welcoming discussion with Jimmy Butler, and what message LeBron James and Chris Paul told him before signing.
(SportsCenter’s Cari Champion is definitely looking lovely in this interview, too. Bonus!)
Deflategate: Former NBA Player Doug Christie’s Wife Checks His ‘Balls’ To See If He’s Been Cheating (Video)
Drop your draws. Let me check your balls.
– Raquel
Aw hell naw! BALL STATUS CHECK?? Females out here examining dude’s balls to see if they come home empty? And what scientific journal did Jackie Christie get that ‘it takes 24 hours for balls to refill’ factoid? Crazy. Doug Christie, come get your wifey (but make sure your … um … you know … is full).

Ultimate Industry Insider Steve Stoute And Kaz Speak On TheStashed.com, Making Music & Marketing History And More (Video)
Steve Stoute – mogul, music exec, mover-and-shaker – has partnered with Kaz of TheStashed.com and they are making a late major move, taking the online presence over to the print industry. Interesting, very interesting, as the media world seems to be moving off-page to online (e.g. the opposite direction). But we MUST hear these guys out; especially Stoute. Why?? Don’t tell us you don’t know about Stout’s marketing agency Translation LLC, the origin story of the tagline/jingle for McDonald’s “I’m Loving It†campaign, the State Farm ads…
Hmmm… if not, it would seem you have some Googling to do. But wait-wait. You can do a LOT of catch-up by just watching this interview (above). There is SO much more to tell, too. Hear these folks tell it!
DJ 1Mic – “The Main Event Vol. 37” (Mixtape)
Coming down to it: The NBA Finals are getting to nitty and gritty. Who you got? Don’t say it aloud, as we do not want to get you into any verbal skirmishes just now. Save all that energy and trash talk for the game coming up.
But oh…got a little something to add to your pre-game checklist. Along with the chips, dips and game-watching accoutrements, how about this DOPE mix by DJ 1Mic? Could be the pre- and/or post-game soundtrack for the game event or any other hype main event. And it’s a FREE download (follow the link)!
Dallas Mavericks’ Chandler Parsons Speaks On Facing Kobe Bryant One More Time, The ‘Deandre Jordan Situation’ And More (Video)
After signing a contract with Mark Cuban at a Dallas night club, Chandler Parsons became the Mavericks’ chief recruiter for Deandre Jordan. That… didn’t quite work out. In this Ride Along, Chandler recounts the tug-of-war over his longtime friend, his growth from a petulant and overlooked kid at the University of Florida to a respected NBA veteran, and his thoughts on facing Kobe one last time at the Staples Center.
(VICE Sports with another good clip. Parsons’ pre-game prep music selection though… Kobe’s in trouble after that sh!t. Hahaaaaa!)

Nate Robinson: Is A Pro Football Career A Slam Dunk For The Former NBA All-Star? (Video)
You’ve watched sports contests on the tube, and from time to time likely thought, “Look at the big man. He could bowl ’em over on the field as easily as he bangs down low to the bucket,” or… “Dude can move! Even at his size, he’s dunking over the crossbar AFTER leaving everybody 20 yards behind!”
Let’s call them crossover [football or basketball] ballers. Now, who among the retired greats of one sport do you think could come back and do the damn thang in the other? Quickly… times up! How about Nate Robinson? Is anybody thinking Nate Robinson can do it? Well, Nate is…and he could give a damn whether you agree or not.
Nate Robinson, the three time Slam Dunk champion and one of the most dynamic athletes in NBA history is considering a run at the NFL. Friends (Jamal Crawford, Glen Davis), former coaches (Rick Neuheisel), and NFLers (Marcedes Lewis, Brendon Ayanbadejo) think Nate has what it takes. Do you?
Could Nate be that next-level crossover baller? Looks like we are about to find out!
Carmelo Anthony Goes To Cuba To Cover Soccer, Soak In The Culture and Scoop Some Cigars (Video)
Very dope. And the time is right. Soccer (e.g. football, futbol) being the world sport it is, America being a leading sports nation, and Melo being a leading sportsman from America…
Throughout the NBA off-season VICE Sports and Carmelo Anthony are exploring street sport cultures around the world. In our premiere episode, Melo travels to Cuba to explore the rise of soccer in a nation synonymous with baseball, ride a 1950s drop top in the rain, and grab some fresh rolled Cuban cigars along the way.
Carmelo was a good choice for a correspondent, too. This VICE Sports piece felt more like interesting leisure than intense learning; enriching experience captured on video either way.
Steph Curry’s 2015 NBA Playoff Highlight Reel (Video)
The NBA put out a “look back” video for Steph Curry’s amazing playoff run that ended in a championship for the Golden State Warriors. Let’s hear it for the 2015 MVP!
The Phife Sports Network (PSN): Phife Dawg Narrates & Provides Game Analysis of Toronto Raptors vs. Los Angeles Clippers in Mini-Documentary (Video)
In case some of you may not be aware, Phife Dawg of the legendary rap group A Tribe Called Quest has been very active & vocal in sports for quite a number of years. In recent years he has appeared on ESPN, ESPN2, & various sportstalk radio programs around the country giving his opinion on everything from the NBA, NFL, NCAA College Basketball & more. There were rumors that Phife had some bigger plans in the works to further expand his sportscaster resume, but nothing stopping him from at least making inroads independently online with his own “PSN” or ‘Phife Sports Network.’ Check out one of the first video clips of Phife Dawg providing pre-game NBA analysis in great game that took place between the Toronto Raptors & the Los Angeles Clippers about a month ago on February 6th of this year. Phife Dawg & his manager DJ Rasta Root also performed at halftime while they were in Toronto that evening as well. In case you missed the footage from that, we have it below….

Kevin Garnett Makes Heroic Return To The Minnesota Timberwolves (Video)
Kevin Garnett started his NBA career as 19-year-old kid with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Unfortunately after 12 years he left the Timberwolves, eventually winning a championship with the Boston Celtics, but that didn’t stop fans T-wolves fans from welcoming back KG to the team he spent the majority of his career with. The energy was so high that even a shirt-less KG fan with ‘KG’ written on his chest was in full show out mode. Over the years KG has been one of my favorite players in the NBA & it’s going to be sad to see him leave the game. KG maybe near the end of his NBA career, but his leadership with Andre Wiggins & that young Timberwolves squad could surely leave an impact.
