French Montana – “Figure It Out†feat. Kanye West x Nas (Video)
Dope lineup begets dope song begets dope visuals. The math is as simple as that. Check our work on this word problem by checking out the video featuring French Montana, Kanye West, and Nas. In other words, watch them “Figure It Out” maaaaan!
(Eif Rivera did this one? Hmm… Branching out from doing 50 Cent visuals. Cool cool.)

Fat Joe On Nas Making Peace With Jay Z (Video)
A casualty of war. Don Joey tells a real story of how what was seen as good for the Culture… but left Terror Squad out in the cold. The definition of what real studio gamesmanship, beef over beats, Jay Z vs. Nas, happened then ended amicably; for most all but Joe and his bros (that would include Remy, on the couch there with him).
Watch and let Fat Joe tell you how it was and is right quick.
J Dilla – “The Sickness” feat. Nas (Prod. By Madlib) [Video]
I go harder than average people… plus I got twice the drive!
– Nas
Psychedelic visuals – heavy on the fly-by tie dye – for J Dilla’s jawn “The Sickness” (featuring Nas). We posted the Madlib-produced track a little over a week ago. Linkages below to remind you, and give you ways to cop Dilla’s “The Diary” if ya likes.

J Dilla – “The Sickness” feat. Nas (Prod. By Madlib)
Latest greatest release from the lost LP (“The Diary”) from the late great J Dilla. This one’s “The Sickness” (produced by Madlib). Aptly named, you’ll agree, with Nas going ill on the track like that.

Destiny Jones Speaks On Her Life And Career Aspirations, Her ‘Lipmatic’ Line, ‘Moupies’ And More (Video)
Damn, Destiny Jones is HOT – from the voice, to the obvious outward sexy (such delicious thickness), to the business sense (‘Lipmatic’ lip gloss, nice), and more! Watching this vid is a mesmerizing experience. Bonus: Interviewer Jennifer Le got a lotta lot going on with the sexy, too.
Oh, and Destiny, when I step to you, it’s on some me & you stuff. Your dad (Nas aka Nassir Jones) is one of the dopest, but YOU… you have my FULL attention. I’m nobody’s moupie (male groupie).

Nas Talks About Career Highlights, Favorite Collaborations And More With DJ Khaled (Video)
DJ Khaled welcomed Nas for a chill and chat on his Apple Music Beats 1 show ‘We The Best Radio.’ Khaled runs some questions on key points in Nas’ career in music from different angles. But the big megaton bomb: Nas was almost on the remix of the B.I.G. joint “Gimme The Loot!†Wowwwww.
French Montana – “Figure It Out” feat. Kanye West x Nas
Dopeness factor is a 10 on this. Not to hard to “Figure It Out” though. Stacked deck with French Montana, Kanye West, Nas… and that “Figure It Out” sample… boom-bap-driven backbeat… even the auto-tuning. Winning hand from the start. Can’t lie to ya!
This is off that “Wave Gods” that Montana has out now. Got the link to follow to that, too (below).

Usher – “Chains” feat. Nas x Bibi Bourelly (Video)
I’ve had enough of running and running and running…
– Usher
True (and likely even casual) Usher Raymond fans would probably agree that his talent is complemented by a care for humanity. From mentoring to speaking on the plight of his people, we’ve seen Usher in there doing what he could. Here he is now, along with Nas & Bibi Bourelly, letting his art (“Chains”) speak on social injustice today. As Nina Simone said, “It’s an artist’s duty to reflect the times in which we live.â€
Kudos, Usher.
Nas – “Last N!gga Alive”
Yoooooooo! @Nas stays dropping HEEEEEAAT! I was flying the SoundCloud with no real mission other than listening to get that dope feeling. I’m a Hip-Hop fiend. And the “Last N!gga Alive” came through and left my fix right there! Dude! The beat is already relentless and the Prince Nassir rode it to def!
…rappers’ rapper. G-O-D-S-O-N. There’ll be none after.
– Nas

Nas – Obey Your Thirst (Documentary)
Nas will get to tell his full Sprite documentary story – that is, it is set to drop – July 1, 2015.
“There was nothing more important to me than having a voice,” says Nas in the above trailer for his Obey Your Thirst documentary. “I always believed that I could give people my ideas through art.” Considering how mythologized he’s become thanks to his virtuosic lyricism — which earned him a spot 20 years ago in his classic 1997 Sprite ad — it’s a trip to hear what originally drove him to break into the world of Hip-Hop.
Just more evidence that the smart money is on the G.O.D.M.C. Always has been. Sprite’s known for 20+ years. Others have been catching up. Catch the trailer documentary above.

Nas Presents ‘The Real Hip-Hop’ (Documentary)
Hip-Hop Worldwide. The phrase has never meant more. Today it is worldwide! What’s more, it is about culture… particularly with this piece, as this documentary video speaks to the cultural impact of Hip-Hop outside the USA.
Rapper Nasir ‘Nas’ Jones takes us on a world tour of breakdancing in the most unexpected places. We visit the slums, shanty towns and ghettos of the world, where hip-hop really means something. With jaw-dropping breakdancing moves, B-boys and B-girls in Uganda, Yemen, Cambodia and Colombia give us an inspiring tribute to the uplifting power of music and movement.
Nas Presents ‘Shake The Dust’ (Documentary Trailer)
Out on iTunes and other video-on-demand outlets today, “Shake The Dust,” a documentary about breakdancing’s global influence, is executive-produced by Nasir Jones aka Nas and directed by journalist/photographer Adam Sjöberg. The film tells the stories of rappers, DJs, and B-boys across Uganda, Yemen, Colombia and Cambodia. Above is a teaser clip featuring Ugandan breakdancer Fahadhi Kiryowa. Please watch. Powerful and heartwrenching. His mom… the most important person in his life… on the eve of the biggest performance of his life… damn.
