Mad Satta – “Simpler Times” (Live At Daryl’s House) [Video]

The eight piece band Mad Satta with lead singer Joanna Teters just premiered the audio for the song Simpler Times. Â This will be on their upcoming EP “Break Me Free” releasing June 30th. Â Known for their great mixture of Jazz, Soul, R&B and Roots Reggae consistenly put out quality music. Â They were recently at the Atlanta Jazz Fest (click here for video recap & interview) for their first ATL show. Â Along with the soundcloud link here is video footage of lead singer Joanna Teters & Ted Morcaldi perform the song live at their NY resident gig at Daryl’s House. Â Check out the new single and be on the lookout for the new EP coming out later this month.

This is Episode 52 of a webisode series Daryl Hall (of legendary duo Hall and Oates) has been doing since 2007. Still a judge on NBC’s “The Voice,” Cee-Lo is currently working on a new album with his fam Goodie M.O.B. and a new solo album.
