Kanye West stopped by Jimmy Fallon’s show last night & performed his new single & my favorite song off of his new album “Yeezus”. I like the audio of this live version just as much as the original & this version isn’t without minor controversy as Kanye provides a funny jab at Brandy’s little brother Ray J in the opening line. Dope song, dope performance. Great setup for when Kanye’s upcoming ‘Yeezus’ tour that’s slated to kick off in October. You know Kanye does great live performances so I know many people will be waiting for this tour along with Kendrick Lamar.  BOUND!!

I remember a while back Big Boi tweeted that he was working with Little Dragon for a song on his new album ‘Vicious Lies & Dangerous Rumors’ that drops this Tuesday December 11th. Upon glancing over the tracklisting I’m surprised to see a few songs featuring Little Dragon will make the album. One of my favorites singles from the album “Mama Told Me” featuring Kelly Rowland was originally done with the Swedish band as well. What’s dope about performances on ‘Late Night with Jimmy Fallon’ is that dope artists are brought together with the baddest Hip-Hop band in the land. Dopest band = The Roots. Dope artist = Kendrick Lamar. This live performance elevated the enjoyment of “Swimming Pools (Drank)” to another level. Nice!
