DJ Premier debuted this banger on his Sirius XM radio show last night & when I heard it I was going nuts over the ill track & accompanied by the lyricism & flow from both Fat Joe & Action Bronson. This joint bangs! It’s a nice little treat before the ‘Don Cartegena’ aka ‘Joey Crack’ is set to release his “Darkside 3” project in the very near future before he goes on a short vacation for income tax evasion. In the meantime I’m gonna bang this joint out on my radio show tonight because this is what that gritty real hip hop is supposed to sound like. Fiyah!

A native of Brooklyn, New York, and originally of Trinidadian descent, Spliff is known to many is the world’s best hype man, a rapper who first appeared alongside Busta Rhymes to form Flipmode Squad.

Fat Joe Speaks On Losing Over 88 Pounds (Video)

Fat Joe seeing that many of his friends are having health difficulties tied to their weight decided to start a new diet and exercise regiment. His diet consisted of 6 small and healthy meals each day and it helped him to drop 88 pounds. In a article at the NY Daily News Joey says:
“I’m addicted to food; I love food,” said Fat Joe, whose real name is Joe Cartagena. “It’s like a crack addict – he hits rock bottom and he says, ‘All right, forget it. I’m not going to get high anymore.'”
