James Fauntleroy – “Magic” (Prod. By Malay)
A unique sound to this track, produced by Malay, to say the least. Hard to put in a category. As an alternative to most of the R&B that we’ve posted for James Fauntleroy before, let’s tag it Alternative R&B and get to listening to “Magic”…’cause it has a nice sound to it.
for the cold summer.

R&B: Jhene Aiko – “Wrap Me Up” feat. James Fauntleroy
Def Jam Recordings has a new star! Jhene Aiko… mmm mm mm! Her single “Wrap Me Up” is a holiday season hot joint. Unexpected use of a Christmasy beat laced with sleigh bells. With some assistance from Cocaine 80s’ James Fauntleroy, the vocals go sultry and hot over what could have been a rated G track (took it to PG-13… all good). Liking this.

R&B: Frank Ocean – ‘Dying For Your Love’ feat. James Fauntleroy
There was a slight twitter controversy with these two artists after Frank Ocean was offended with Chris Brown comparing him to singer/songwriter James Fauntleroy. Frank Ocean may have thought it was a diss, but he may have been unaware that James Fauntleroy wrote many of Chris Brown’s hits. It’s evident that things have been cleared up & it’s all love now as they have this new track together.
