Just in case the decades of foot-dragging and the much-hyped USA Network miniseries did not quench your thirst for knowledge on the Notorious B.I.G. & Tupac murders, VICE gets the scoop in ’10 Questions’ posed to the lead investigator. And he answers them directly!
Ever wondered who committed the murders of Tupac and Biggie? Greg Kading, the LAPD Detective who investigated the murders, claims he has the answers. With a theory that allegedly implicates Sean Combs and Suge Knight, Kading claims to have solved two of the most famous murders in US history.

A couple of things to keep in mind: (1) Kading’s investigation was directed toward clearing any blame regarding the LAPD’s role/coverup with respect to the murders of ‘Pac & BIG… (2) both the people Kading directly accused are dead #JustSaying

50 Cent Orders Investigation Into the Death of Chris Lighty (Video)

Without question, the loss of Violator founder and CEO Chris Lighty left us in the Hip-Hop world saddened… stunned… and puzzled. What could have led Chris to commit suicide. It has been echoed by several long-time associates that it just did not seem likely that Chris would take his own life. Well, at the request of Chris’ mom, 50 Cent has brought his star power and resources to bare; hiring a high-powered legal team to drive an investigation on the particulars of this tragic case. This should bring truth to light… and answers to questions. Linked after the jump, the article by Fox 5’s (NYC) Lisa Evers highlights some points for concern: Chris was NOT likely suffering financially (often a driver for suicidal depression); and for someone still in his 30s, he was VERY well prepared in end-of-life matters. One such preparation the article notes was that, save a relatively modest set-aside for his kids, Chris’ entire fortune would pass to his widow – with whom he was said to have argued with just before his demise. Moreover, autopsy results have not shown anything… other than the cause of death was a gunshot wound. Other facts of the are still being gathered. As such, maybe 50’s legal team can, at least, keep the push for answers on.

Dateline NBC: Tim Dog Investigated In An Online Dating Scam (Video)

Former member of the legendary Ultramagnetic Mcs’s & solo rap artist Tim Dog was recently the primary subject of a Dateline NBC Investigation in Atlanta for an online dating scam. Tim Dog may have been known largely to hip hop heads for his moderately controversial record “F*ck Compton” back in the day, but today he’s gaining notoriety for being a con artist according to the report. Many of us watched this live when this aired last Friday night & I couldn’t control my laughter numerous time at how this all transpired. The running theme that had me in tears was the phrase “Tim Dog Box Set”. If you’re an astute hip hop head with a keen sense of history you’ll quickly find the comedy in that phrase. The program was 2 hours, but in case you missed it when it aired the the remaining parts are below…..
