Wale’s latest single ‘Girls On Drugs’, off of his latest project ‘The Album About Nothing’, is a joint that I’ve been digging lately. A part of it has to do with the creative use of the sampled hook on Janet Jackson’s hit record ‘Go Deep’ from her 1997 album “Velvet Rope” . Another great aspect of Wale’s song is the cautionary tale about women who get too caught up into the party lifestyle.  Overall the song just sounds good & the video has a great message.
