The L.O.X. & Wu Tang Clan – ‘Wu-Block’ (Prod. By The RZA)

Sheek announced the Wu Block album via his twitter last year. The album is supposed to be a collaboration between Sheek and Ghostface Killah. Been quiet on all fronts until this joint hit the web. I’m definitely feeling this track. Can’t wait to see what other features come together for this joint.

The long rumored DOOM and Ghostface Killah project seems like its finally going to be release. The red Cassette you see above and a 12′ Serato vinyl are available at Nature Sounds. Still no word on when the whole project is dropped but the Tape and Serato are available and will be shipped 8-18. This is the radio rip from Rosenberg Radio yesterday. This joint is DOPE!

Ghostface Speaks On Upcoming Album, Wu-Tang Tattoos, Cee-Lo’s Success, & Adapting In The New Music Industry (Video)

One of my all-time favorite emcees was out on tour in London & spoke about his upcoming album, fans with Wu-Tang Clan tattoos, why artists like Cee-Lo from Goodie Mob are successful, & adjusting in today’s new music climate. Ghostface also dropped some jewels in this interview about how God may often hold you up with disappointment just to show you who’s really with you or not. Lebron James could really benefit from listening to that portion of Ghostface’s speech based on the amount of hate that brother was receiving. This was a great & entertaining interview largely because Ghostface did most, if not all, of the talking.

Wiz Khalifa – ‘The Race’

This is a standout track from Wiz Khalifa’s upcoming album ‘Rolling Papers’ which is due March 29th. Wiz Khalifa has been catching plenty of flack from a few folks lately because they may remember a time when his style was much more lyrical. These days Wiz employs alot more melody when he delivers his verses. Personally I feel what he’s doing is perfectly fine if this is what’s in his heart with the music. As long as the music sounds good I could care less. I still think some of his more commercial songs like ‘Black & Yellow’ have been some really good records in my opinion. I’m also happy to see an artist from Pittsburgh get some shine after years of talented artists getting overlooked in that city. I really like this song right here & if I didn’t I wouldn’t have posted it. As long as Wiz Khalifa avoids fake Ghostface commentaries then the kid will be alright. Ghostface Killah – Together Baby (Video)

Ghostface’s Apollo Kidz Album was one of the best hip hop albums of 2010 but it was released this past December. It’s a shame the video for the first single is just coming out now. If you haven’t peeped the album yet you need to cop it! It’s bangin’. Ghostface had also announced that he’s working on Supreme Clientele 2 so maybe this album was just a hold over until then. Either way Tony Starks never disappoints with each album release.
