But soon enough (August) throngs of movie goers will watch Academy Award-winning filmmaker Alex Gibney’s documentary on Fela’s life and music legacy…and fearlessness as an artist and human being. After a successful showing at the 2014 Sundance Festival, “Fela” is taking its show across the U.S. There’s behind-the-scenes OkayAfrica footage of “Finding Fela” in the above video; as well screening dates and venues, after the jump.
