Former Record Industry Exec Speaks On Suge Knight (Video)

Damn. By three minutes in former industry exec Virgil Roberts spilled that Suge Knight had the powers-that-be shook EVEN THOUGH Suge was NOT a true OG. Wow.

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony’s Krayzie Bone, Flesh-N-Bone and Wi$h Bone speak on their coming up, their relationship with the late gangsta gangsta and Ruthless Records CEO Eazy-E. We know the N.W.A. member died of complications from AIDS a couple of decades ago. Okay, check that. Bone Thugs ain’t quite convinced. Nonetheless, the Bone Thugs-N-Harmony keep building on a Ruthless legacy in honor of Eazy, owing their career success in large part to him. That said…

Ice Cube Debuts N.W.A. Movie ‘Straight Outta Compton’ Trailer During A Recent Concert (Video)

While performing in Sydney Australia, Ice Cube gave N.W.A. fans a special surprise by debuting the trailer to the upcoming F. Gary Gray directed film ‘Straight Outta Compton’ based on the true story of Ice Cube’s legendary group N.W.A. to the crowd. It appears someone had their camera phone ready & recorded the moment with fairly decent quality. Check it out right here. I’m hyped for when the movie drops in 2015.

N.W.A. Nominated For The 2013 Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame

It’s so crazy how two of my favorite groups of all-time have both been nominated for the 2013 Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame. We saw the announcement from DJ Lord & Flavor Flav about their group Public Enemy’s nomination, but upon closer inspection we also see the guys who put Compton on the map get nominations. Ice Cube, Eazy-E, Dr. Dre, MC Ren, & DJ Yella as N.W.A. get the nods as well & the timing couldn’t be anymore perfect as there is already a biographical film that’s currently in production directed by F. Gary Gray to tell their story. Dope!
