It’s really sad to see how far a once respected emcee like Canibus has fallen off. Dead ass serious. I’m not joking. I genuinely feel embarrassed for Canibus for all the bad moves he’s been making recently like dissing random people like J. Cole & other rather erratic behavior. The worse would have to be his appearance in a Pay-Per-View rap battle that was taking place during the NBA Finals & Pacquiao Vs. Bradley fight. I wasn’t watching this at the time but my twitter was on fire from many people who did. A few of them shot me this link to a wounded Canibus, literally & figuratively, who lost his battle to a lyricist by the name of Dizaster after he pulled out a notepad to read his lyrics & even lost his place several times while trying to recite them. I seriously doubt Canibus can salvage his once stellar reputation any longer. There’s no good in this. Just bad, ugly, & uglier.

Say what you want to say about Tony Yayo, but his interviews are interesting because he usually keeps it honest despite being very loyal to 50 Cent. This interview right here is the most honest I’ve felt that Tony Yayo has ever been when he talks about his relationship with 50 Cent, Prodigy, Young Buck, and even the situation with Game. DJ Premier also is featured in this interview as well & speaks about the problems he had with Canibus in greater detail. DJ Premier also keeps it honest about who won the battle between LL Cool J & Canibus. Primo’s comments are most definitely the truth regarding that situation. Canibus may have won the lyrical battle with LL, but politically & behind the scenes LL had won the war.

Canibus Drops DJ Premier Diss Record; DJ Premier Responds (Audio/Video)

Not too long ago DJ Premier was being interviewed & was asked a simple question about the most difficult artist he ever had to work with. Primo mentioned he had a minor issue with Canibus but in the interview he didn’t diss Canibus in anyway. Canibus apparently took offense to DJ Premier’s response (which personally I thought was a respectable & noble one) & released a diss track aimed at DJ Premier. Last Friday night I was actually driving listening to DJ Premier’s radio show on Sirius XM radio when Primo responded to Canibus’s diss record not only verbally but also on the 1s & 2s.
