Grilchy 808’s flip of “SumOfItsParts” off MarQ Spekt and Blockhead’s album is a work of off-the-wall audio art. Touched it up with a Sir Mix-A-lot “Posse On Broadway” sample … yielding a ‘different’ track that still allows Spekt to stomp around on it. The full-length “JustPlayWitIt” is due out July 29, 2014.

Marq Spekt – “Breakfast Club” featuring The Philly LoLife Allstars (Produced By Blockhead)

The fellow Philly homie & emcee MarQ Spekt releases the brand new gritty video for “Breakfast Club” featuring the Philly LoLife Allstars produced by Blockhead. It was only right the video was shot entirely in the “215” by Sick Six Films featuring a number of spittas like L Tyrannic, Clever 1, Buddy Leezle, Driz Lo, Him Lo, & Filadel Castro. Shout out to the homie H Pone who makes a cameo in the visual production. This is just one of the tracks on the MarQ Spekt & Blockhead collaborative album called “JustPlayWitit”.  Peep the clip above & watch them ‘Philly bulls’ get busy lyrically.
