North Carolina emcee Rapper Big Pooh just dropped this very dope banger produced by Astronote. The European based producer Astronote has been on my radar for a minute after crafting some very dope soundscapes in the last year or so. This joint is the perfect backdrop for Rapper Big Pooh to lament on the people we all call “Friends”. How many of us have them right? Sounds like a few shots being aimed at some of his former friends that he doesn’t exactly name in the track. This banger will appear on Rapper Big Pooh’s upcoming project Fat Boy Fresh Volume 2 due to drop November 20th….

Atlanta’s Queen emcee Stahhr drops the first video from her latest project “Mother Nature with a Molotov: Molotov Season” that’s out now! This joint “Crown” produced by Paris France based producer Astronote is a favorite of mine that I’ve been blasting on the radio show on the regular. Check out the new vid which captures Stahhr in her natural element at Atlanta’s Malcolm X festival getting the love & respect she’s earned from fans & friends in the area. The clip was directed by the homies & dope Atlanta based visual artists Goldi Gold & Fluxwonda.

Atlanta based singer & emcee Stacy Epps has joined forces with Paris based producer Astronote to form the new group Rakotep. I’m not sure where the name comes from or what it stands for but I’m very familiar with the talents of both of them as individuals so I’m not surprised that this spacey soulful joint is nothing but quality.
