Here’s the recipe, jabronis. Fix a bunch of ’em up. Enough for a hungry crowd to be satisfied after laying the SMACKDOWN on ’em!
2 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup buffalo sauce
1 ¼ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
¾ cup shredded mozzarella
1 package pie dough
1 egg
1 oz softened cream cheese for football laces
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Roll out pizza dough, use a circle cutter to cut out pizza rounds.
3. In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese and buffalo sauce. Mix in chicken and shredded cheese.
4. Add filling to the center of each pizza round.
5. Fold pizza dough over itself to enclose in the dough. Press fork around edges to seal.
6. Beat egg in small bowl. Brush mixture on top of the dough and bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Spoon softened cream cheese into a piping bag and pipe laces onto each football.
8. Serve with carrot sticks, celery, and blue cheese dressing.
