Jay-Z Accused Of Forcing Residents Out Of Condos In Philadelphia
Fox News is reporting that Jay-Z’s realty company is forcing people out of a luxury apartment building he is part owner of in Philadelphia. Current and former tenants accuse Jay’s legal team of harassing them to move out of the building even though their rent has been paid. The building has 24 units and 15 people have already left. Tenants say Jay’s legal team have filed lawsuits against every tenant in efforts to try to evict them. They also say the realty company has given out their personal information to other realty companies who call constantly to get them to show their apartments.
