What can I tell you about Gadiva? Well, her Facebook page tells her story succinctly enough. The rapper/singer/songwriter/dancer is native to Philadelphia (Pennsylvania, USA), but is now based in Atlanta. At times going by the full moniker Michael Gadiva, she began rapping at age 7. Having a mom who sang choir, and an upbringing in a household of music from way back, Gadiva developed a distinctive brand of music, an aesthetically pleasing mix of Hip Hop and R&B. By now, she’s worked with the likes of recording artist B.o.B., producer Bangladesh, Oak, and Madd Scientist; and she’s appeared on BET. Impressive career milestones so far. No stopping on her road to stardom though, and she’s just getting started.
