Rhymefest Hospitalized

Chicago MC Rhymefest was admitted to the hospital with high blood sugar levels and was at risk of entering a diabetic coma over the weekend.
Updates were posted on his Twitter Page. He has been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. He apparently had the disease for years and was not aware.
He has since been released from the hospital and thanked his supporters via twitter and talked about lifestyle changes to manage his illness.
