T-Pain Talks About Spending Over $2.4 Million Dollars In Strip Clubs (Video)
Daaaaamn! T-Pain wildin’ (hope that money’s pilin’)! I mean… What man doesn’t like going to strip clubs every now & then to have a drink with friends? But even a multi-multi-millionaire or even a billionaire has gotta say to himself, “There’s no way to make sense of spending millions of my dollars in strip clubs! I gotta chill.” And what about buddies? Ain’t no other ballers rolling with him to throw some piles on all them azz taxes? And what about wifey? Pain said she likes to go, too. Cool; no doubt, very cool. But ya gotta wonder if she ever nudged her man on some save-some-for-Mami’s-g-string *ish. Hmmm, wifey’s a cutie (see after the jump). Wonder where she’d fit on the Universal Hot-Crazy Matrix?
Check out the full interview from New York’s at Hot 97. Fun watch.

G.L.A.M. – “4Eva Lonely”
You know what? Instead of us drawing comparisons about artistic style on this “4Eva Lonely”… you take a listen and tell us what you think. Now, it doesn’t spoil anything for us to say that it’s dope music. I mean, why else would it show up on here. G.L.A.M. stands for Good Lyrics And Music. Indeed! Oh, she did the lyrics and music herself. Yep. Now we gotta check for her upcoming album “FLAW” (due out September 2014).

Raekwon – “Give Me Your Love” (Remix)
Well, when you’re onto something… keep it up! This is like… the sixth… R&B throwback jawn jumped on by Wu-Tang’s Raekwon. This time he touches on Sylvia Striplin… um… her classic song. Check out his “Give Me Your Love†(Remix).
R&B: Trey Songz – “Na Na” (araabMUZIK Remix)
If you are a Trey Songz fan, you won’t need this remix to convince you. But whether you are a Trey or araabMUZIK fan… you’ll probably be checking for both after you hear how araabMUZIK aired out the track on this dope remix of “Na Na.”
All Vinyl Everything: DJ Jaycee’s Birthday Edition (July 2014) by @KoolKila
They rock your radios, festivals, weddings, and parties in the park and all types of venues after dark… and do we recognize them; esp. those at the heart of our life and art. We hope y’all do; because we do! Respect, Happy Birthday, and many happy returns to the homie DJ Jaycee. All Vinyl Everything (AVE) definitely recognized. Put the brother’s b-day in the event byline and made an event of it.
Traditionally, All Vinyl Everything is monthly event that has been showcasing DJs playing vinyl records in Atlanta, GA. Creators (and hosts) DJ Dibiase and Sean Falyon have presented the event for the past two years, FREE of charge to the public (that’s love). DJs each do a 30-minute set, playing whatever genre of music they desire (let ’em work). This one went down at Noni’s Bar & Deli, downtown.
The July party was a celebration for DJ Jaycee’s birthday, one of the very first DJs to help jump start AVE (that’s love shown). DJ Jaycee selected some of his veteran DJ friends to play, including DJ Applejac, DJ Big X, Supa Funkregulata Celo, DJ Babey Drew, DJ Wally Sparks, DJ Kerosene, DJ Ghost, and more. See the birthday boy focused above? He’s happy though, trust. A real DJ in his element at a worthwhile event. We have more spinners’ pics after the jump.
Hate you missed the festivities? Jaycee has another b-day coming. But no need to wait for that occasion to get down at an AVE. For upcoming events, follow All Vinyl Everything on the twitter account, @AllVinylATL. Be in the know and ready to go when you get info. Come out, support good music (Hip-Hop, R&B, and much more). Doing it for you.
(And this time, for DJ Jaycee!)
Vivian Green – “Get Right Back To My Baby” (Prod. By Kwame)
Word to DJ Jaycee this is that HEAT! If your DJ isn’t spinning this already, let ’em know they’re late to the job! New music from Vivan Green called “Get Right Back To My Baby.” Produced by Kwame; you know, Bone Age blond black haired “Only You” rapping Kwame. On Facebook, Jaycee suggested blending this in after “Before I Let Go†by Maze featuring Frankie Beverly at your next party. Play the song. You’ll instantly understand.

The Amazing Jam Session Guys Rock ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ With Trey Songz x Juicy J x Aloe Blacc (Video)

R&B: Usher – “Good Kisser” (DJ Jaycee Straight Tongue Remix)
Usher obviously found a winner when he found that “Good Kisser” he sang about. Well, we got a winner when DJ Jaycee put his special powers on the song for this Straight Tongue Remix. Straight Tongue kiss… reminisce over your last one while you play this track (you’ll get the reference when the music drops). Dope mix!
Usher over a classic Pete Rock track?? mannnnnn this is such a no-brainer to play.

Alternative/R&B: SZA – “Moodring” (Produced By Felix Snow)
That’s a hella cute pic of SZA for the “Moodring” (produced by Felix Snow) artwork. The track is crazy dope. Crazy story behind it, too…
I wrote “Moodring” the night I opened for Coldplay. I hadn’t slept in two and half days due to anxiety. After the show, I drank every bottle of champagne Chris Martin [and] the band gave us that night, with Thundercat and my band. Great f*cking time.
– SZA
Check for the single on DJ Kitty Cash’s mixtape “Love The Free II” (due out July 22, 2014). Cash would likely categorize this cut as progressive R&B (sounds ‘alternative’ to be certain).
R&B/Soul: Erykah Badu – “Tyrone” (DJ A1 Remix)
Dope remix by DJ A1 for the Badu back in the day hit “Tyrone.” So bouncy. Make you wanna step to this. Enjoy a few spins. Get a FREE download over there, too.

Tiny Desk Concert: NPR Presents The Foreign Exchange (Video)
Gotta love The Foreign Exchange (Phonte, Nicolay, Zo!). Even more so in concert. Even more so at a concert in an intimate space… like they do on NPR‘s Tiny Desk Concert. Click play above and get soul-clap (or ‘church clap’ hahaa) going. Nice!
R&B: Claudette Ortiz – “Automatic” (Produced By Jerry Wonda)
I love myself too much, bay, to let you treat me any kinda way…
– Claudette Ortiz
It’s like Claudette (yeah, from R&B Divas: Los Angeles) had ’em put the funkiest percussion-driven track possible… so she could ladle lover’s lament over it. Had to do this track separate from the writing. Unconventional R&B. Hey, R. Kelly sang truth when he quipped, “When a woman’s fed up…” Claudette put that ‘fed up’ energy into this “Automatic” single. Check it out.
R&B: Marvin Gaye – “Sexual Healing” (Studio Rio Version)
Nice one, SoulBounce. Marvin Gaye’s classic “Sexual Healing” with a twist a la Studio Rio.
The remixed track is part of “Studio Rio Presents: The Brazil Connection,” an innovative compilation of 12 classic songs from American artists such as Nina Simone, The Isley Brothers, Sly & the Family Stone, Bill Withers and many others reimagined as samba recordings. The entire album is full of melodic rhythms capturing the spirit and soul of Brazilian music. Press play on Studio Rio’s “Sexual Healing” for a sample of what “The Brazil Connection” is serving.

Vinyl Destination | Ep. 13 ‘Bonnaroo Super Jam’ On Season 2 With The Magnificent DJ Jazzy Jeff (Video)
Yessir. Jeff and the rest of the crew have made their way to Tennessee by this episode of Vinyl Destination. They have Bonaroo work to do. Now, if you start the show with wellness advice from Method Man…how crazy might the ep get?
Some of everybody on the set: Meth, his pal Redman… ScHoolboy Q… in there… RZA showed up… Loaded bill for Bonnaroo Super Jam. Enjoy the hijinks and highlights above.
The Dream – “Black” (Video)
R&B singer The-Dream drops this powerful video shot in South Africa to his equally thought provoking song ‘Black’ which was inspired by the racist controversy involving Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling. Although the song was The Dream’s artistic response to Sterling’s racist comments, the video itself briefly touches on a number of issues worth examining. I’m diggin’ this joint right here especially a line in particular from Terius’s mama….. “Never be impressed with a man with no message.” Always good & refreshing to see & hear artists get deeper with their music. Yeah this joint ‘Got me feeling real black right now’.
