Sneaker Shopping With Lauren London (Video)
Cot DAM! Lauren London is sexy af… even in sneakers. Likely one of, if not the sexiest interviews Joe La Puma has ever done. The shoe convo is okay. But are you seeing this Honey in those JEANS though?? Wow. Just WOW!
Food & Culture: Fried Flowers? We Can Eat Flowers… Fried? (Video)
We all know that everything tastes better deep-fried…
Not saying I’d take a trip to Thailand just to try this, but not saying I wouldn’t… if someone else was paying for the ticket. I got my own fried flower money! Something tells me that this is delicious.
Plus, the li’l lady selling ’em looks like a sweetheart 🙂

Technology/Gaming: Learn To Make Car Repairs In Virtual Reality (Video)
Perhaps not an age-old question, but a cool one to answer: “Can I learn to fix race cars without risking damage to something expensive (like a car, or myself)?” “Oh wait, follow up, I don’t have a car, garage or tools of my own; does that matter much?. Oh, and wait, do I have to get ‘dirty’ and stuff?” Hahaaa!
Fix your car…in VR!
It’s time to get your car ready for racing without getting your hands dirty. “Wrench” is an indie game for virtual reality that lets players assemble photorealistic components for a custom race car. Players diagnose problems with their speed machines and try to fix them.
The game is still in development, and the developers say it won’t include any driving simulation either.

Pusha T – “Bodega Babies” (Video)
Okay, so it’s a promo video for adidas Originals… but that Pusha track entitled “Bodega Babies” is featured prominently in it. And speaking of prominent (e.g. placed to be very recognizable), anybody heard that beat before? Like during the Swizz Beatz vs. Just Blaze beat battle we posted on here?
The Bodega, a place for growth and evolution in all senses; where people buy their groceries, hang outside at night, and gain respect from peers. We pay tribute to the hub of many communities. The EQT Support Ultra King Push “Bodega Babies†hits the streets November 3rd. #KingPushEQT
– adidas Originals
Oh, and before you ask, of course, I know who the thickalicious bodacious Honey that walked into the Bodega mid-flick is… Fabolous knows her, too. That’s his wifey Emily Bustamante aka Emily B. Mercy on me, Fab is a fortunate man #BLESS
Remember When That Cliffside Shop Was Giving Out Free Jackets? (Video)
Ah! Here’s what looks like a winner for best response to when bae pops up like, “Honey, let’s go shopping,” all excited and *ish. Just make sure bae’s not a climbing enthusiast, and you can have your weekend back… Sheeeeit! They haven’t made a jacket worth a death-defying rock climb. Sorry, so NOT sorry. HA!
A pop-up clothing shop lets you get warm 300 feet up.
Cocona set up a shop 300 feet in the air in Colorado’s Eldorado Canyon. Climbers earned the clothing simply by making the ascent up the canyon’s Bastille Wall — no purchase necessary.
Cocona wants to show off their clothing, which is based on “37.5 technology” — it keeps climbers’ body temperature at 37.5 degrees Celsius, or 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit. Many climbers claim that temperature is ideal for endurance.

What Have You Heard About iPhone 8? Well, Here’s The Real Scoop (Video)
Even if you have never camped out in line to be among the first to get the new ‘you fancy huh?’ phone, this clip should let you understand why iPhone fanatics did. And this iPhone 8 though. That look, that sleek ‘body’ and it being so ‘just for you’ it knows you by touch (as in Touch ID)… Wow!
The phone’s release day is tomorrow. For those who are still undecided, too bad we couldn’t hear Siri’s voice to seal the deal. Hahaha!
Technology: Virginia Tech & Ford’s “Mystery Van” Test Drives The Concept Of Autonomous Vehicles Moving Amongst People In Real Life (Video)
Wowww! The Virginia Tech Transportation Institute and Ford tricked out a vehicle like they did for KITT on ‘Knight Rider’ back in the ’80s. A person, disguised as a seat, is doing the driving… for now. But this is more scientific / industry study than a campy action-tech series featuring ‘The Hoff.’Â Way more!
As the self-driving future nears, we’re testing the next phase in autonomous technology to learn how these vehicles can communicate with pedestrians. We worked with the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute to explore this new development, and see how pedestrians on campus reacted to a vehicle that appeared to be driving itself.

Eye Candy: Coco Austin (Ice-T’s Wife) On Giving Herself Even More Cleavage [Video]
Mercy, mercy on ME!
Most awesome (and unnecessary) line in this entire video of Coco, “Don’t blink!” As if I would EVER even THINK to blink while watching Co talk about amping up her already uber-ample cleavage. What?! Then she ends this with, “It’s awesome!” FACTS!
I lust love talks like these, Coco. More please, please MORE.
And you can talk about almost anything. I mean, I’m a Neil deGrasse Tyson fanatic. But if you bring them astronomical thangs to a TEDxTalk and lecture on astrophysics, you can HAVE his spot! Plus, I think we already have a TEDx Talk from hubby Ice-T on here.

Sneaker Shopping With Meek Mill (Video)
Meek Mill’s don’t-call-it-a-comeback is coming along just fine. Through the beef with Drizzy, dealing with the Remy-vs-Nicki fallout… Philly’s son stood tall on his own two feet through it all. Never fake. Real, from head to toe. Right down to his shoes. Speaking of which…
Meek Mill goes Sneaker Shopping with Joe La Puma at Stadium Goods, and talks about looking up to Allen Iverson and moving on past his Puma deal.

Technology: Hexa Is A Six-Legged ‘Bug Bot’ (Video)
Brrrr! This might give you the shakes. This robot is both creepy and amazing, but you can teach it your own tricks! Looks kind of like a forerunner of the version of the Sentinels that are in the trailers for the mutant thriller series, “The Gifted,” debuting this Fall on Fox.
Very creepy.
Sneaker Shopping With Rita Ora (Video)
Rita Ora loves shoes like a girlie girl; but SNEAKERS though! This is Eye Candy meets sneaker obsession… Nothing like a cutie in fly kicks, plus she’s kicking down a unique fashion strategy (way beyond ‘because they are cute’).

Want Your Own Bulletproof Combat Helmet? British Special Forces Are Checking Them Out Now (Video)
Okay, I am more a Star Trek fan than a Star Wars fanatic. But they had me at “looks like Boba Fett’s helmet.” However, they probably got a few more with the whole now-soldiers’-heads-can-be-bulletproof-too thing. Check it out.
British special forces are testing DEVTAC’s Ronin helmet. It’s being compared to the Boba Fett mask from “Star Wars,” but what this thing can do is crazier than fiction. You can order one from their website.

Technology: Tiny Device Could Heal Even Brain Injuries With Just A Touch (Video)
Wow. So instead of harvesting stem cells that can become any cell needed for medical care & repairs, just create a dime-sized device that can tailor most any cell. Great tech!
A new device has been developed at The Ohio State University, which turns cells into other types of cells required for treating diseased conditions. During testing, one touch completely repaired injured legs of mice over three weeks!

Luxury Tiny House Has Every Amenity Imaginable (Video)
Big luxury in a little package…er…building! And full disclosure: ‘Luxury’ refers to available modern conveniences in this home. No butler, because, you know, Tiny House.
The Tiny Luxury House in Davenport, Florida, doesn’t fail to deliver on its name. The entire tiny house is completely wifi enabled which means you can control every part of the home via your phone or The Amazon Alexa.

Batteries Not Included: Cell Phone Powered By Light And Radio Waves (Video)
Alright. I will tell you from the start that this is NOT going to be anywhere near as badass as your super-duper-smartphone. But if you spend your time picking at what this cell phone cannot do, you will miss appreciating the glorious technological step forward it represents. The holy grail of power systems is developing a perpetual motion-driven energy source (does not exist), but a very acceptable step down from that is powering things with virtually limitless source energy (like solar). BUT… what if we took a half step down and eliminated the need for a power source altogether? THAT is where THIS is going!
Researchers at the University of Washington have created a cell phone that uses so little power, it never needs to charge and doesn’t have a battery. Instead, it pulls power from ambient light and radio waves.

No Ocean Required: eFoil Lets You Surf On Any Big Body Of Water (Video)
The eFoil is like motorboat-meets-surfboard. If you wanna surf but are living somewhere landlocked, now you can just go the nearest lake or river and ride out on the waves. Cost is just north of $6,100 US.
(Actually, no waves required. It’s motorized.)
