Following NY Giants head coach Tom Coughlin’s Super Bowl XLVI winning post game interview last night, Flavor Flav walks up & Tom gives him a hug! Now I don’t know if Tom Coughlin even knew who Flav was but this was hilarious! Props to Deadspin.

She is a weekly host for an event at Jett Lounge called ‘Wind Down Wednesdays’ that is full of good vibes, the live band Black Pearl, karaoke and obviously comedy. We talk about her transition into the film industry and how to maintain the same energy traveling to new cities. Oh yeah and when all said and done SHE LOVED THE CAKE!

I saw people talk about this left & right yesterday about how embattled Atlanta preacher Bishop Eddie Long was recently crowned ‘King’ at New Birth Baptist Church out here in Atlanta. Amidst everything that has been going on with this guy, now he’s crowned “King” by what appears to be a fake Rabbi of some sorts. The video gets really wild around the 7:00 minute mark.

I remember watching Real Time with Bill Maher on HBO when he delivered this editorial entitled ‘The New New Rules: A Funny Look at How Everybody but Me Has Their Head Up Their Ass’ which I thought was not only funny but on point like a touchdown pass from Tom Brady. In a nutshell, Bill Maher was making the comparison of how the NFL is just like socialism. It’s covered in detail in Bill Maher’s new book of the same name that’s available now on Amazon, itunes, & other outlets. Fraser Davidson, London-based animator, created this video inspired by Bill Maher’s comparison of the economics of pro football and baseball.

Boston Celtics forward Kevin Garnett & his squad, minus Rajon Rondo & Ray Allen, won a wild game last night over the Orlando Magic after being down by 27 points. The boys in Beantown overcame the Orlando Magic 91-83 & “KG” was so amped up that by the time he got to Craig Sager for an interview he damn near started speaking in tongues about “Bar Fights” & even added that Charles Barkley knows about Bar Fights! Hahahaaaa! Hilarious!

Somali Pirate Movie: “Fishing Without Nets” (Video)

Check out this trailer to the short film that’s currently being screened at the Sundance Film Festival based on the lives of the pirates of Somalia. “Fishing Without Nets” has just won the Jury Prize in Short Filmmaking at the Sundance Film Festival & the timing of the film’s win couldn’t be any more coincindental with the recent news coming out of Washington. The U.S. Navy SEAL Team Six, that killed Osama Bin Laden, just successfully completed a successful rescue mission of a kidnapped American under the orders of President Barack Obama. The timing of this film directed by 25-year-old Cutter Hodierne couldn’t be better as the movie, unlike major news outlets reporting of these events, is coming based on the perspective of the Somali pirates themselves. From a production standpoint the director only wanted to shoot in East Africa for 3 weeks with his team, but their stint there grew into 5 months in which their own lives were at risk among other hardships.

The plaintiff by the name of Roderick says he hired his former best friend Pastor Troy to perform a music concert at an event he was promoting. He says the concert was canceled because Pastor Troy was arrested. Roderick says he rescheduled the concert only to have P-Troy bail on him again! Pastor Troy says he was receiving death threats and for his safety and for the audience’s safety he thought it was best not to show up. – JudgeAlexTV

I know many brothas & sistas that just happen to be great conscious people here in Atlanta & this video is definitely no diss to them, but there are some people who are faker than a 3 dollar bill that this video is most definitely for. I know some of these fakers who preach healthy living yet are at home eating pork & want to tell other people about they are living foul. I remember I used to date a Cuban female at one time who had a fairer skin tone & one of these fake conscious cats tried to clown me about who I was dating. I was like N*kka sit the f*&k down! N*kka F*%k You! Although I have a particular preference I like in women, I don’t discriminate on interracial relationships because I like beautiful women period so miss with me that other sh*t. Hahaaa! This video is hilarious, but to those who are truly REAL & active in the community don’t take offense to this video. To the fakers….only a hit dog will holla….
Star Wars XXX: A Porn Parody (Video)

While George Lucas, the creater of Star Wars, is out promoting the upcoming movie Red Tails, the porn industry is doing a big budget (by porn standards) of their own for their parody of the blockbuster Star Wars film. Star Wars XXX: A Porn Parody is due to be released this month. I always found it to be hilarious when porn companies remake popular films as a porn flick & give it a “porno title.” Unlike Hollywood’s lack of interest in funding Lucas’s lastest Red Tails film, I’m sure the porn industry are already in the process of funding their own “Red Tails” parody with black actors as we speak. We interviewed porn star Lexingston Steele, who plays Darth Vader in this flick, not too long ago & I believe this was one of the films he told us about.
