Comedians Dave Chappelle And Jon Stewart Speak On The Era Of President Trump And Their Comedy (Video)
Two of the most brilliantly funny and thoughtful comedians ever – Dave Chappelle and Jon Stewart – sit down with one of the best news commentators today, Christiane Amanpour. Score for CNN… and for us all.
(And Dave says we should NOT consider this the ‘Trump Era’ as he is not worthy and we don’t deserve that. Point taken. Good one.)

Tonight Show Host Jimmy Fallon On Day Time Hip-Hop Radio (Video)
His Tonight Show homie Black Thought (of The Roots) was on Hip-Hop radio late last year. Now Fallon is on a different station, no freestyling, but still a great time. Though we don’t get ‘bars’ for Breakfast from Jimmy, there is talk of bars…

Watch Jimmy Fallon Lip Sync Battle With Tiffany Haddish (Video)
You WANT these two at your dance party. You NEED these two at your dance party. Hahahaaa! But hold up: Did Tiff throw in a li’l crumping into that James Brown shuffle at the end?
Jimmy faces off against Tiffany Haddish in an intense lip sync-off to songs like Post Malone’s “Psycho” and James Brown’s “Get Up (I Feel Like Being a) Sex Machine.”

Adam Carolla Vs. The World’s Hottest Hot Wings (Video)
Hilarious! That’s par for the course for Adam Carolla. But he’s here for the sauce. The wings and the HOT sauce. Even brought a towel, because he expects the hot wing workout here to have him SWEATING!
Adam Carolla is a radio legend, TV host, filmmaker, and best-selling author—not to mention one of Sean Evans’ broadcasting heroes. But how is he with hot food? Find out as the Ace Man looks back on his storied career—including stints at The Man Show and LoveLine—and battles his way through the wings of death. Along the way, the rant king gets going on everything from Kanye West, to iced tea, to the brilliance of crows. If you’re hungry for more after the Hot Ones fireworks, you can catch Adam on the Guinness World Record-holding podcast, The Adam Carolla Show.

Tiffany Haddish Speaks On What She Wants In A Man, Her Love Of Cartoons, And Katt Williams (Video)
Interesting. Tiffany is a lot less silly in this interview than I’ve noticed in a long while, perhaps ever. Make no mistake, she is still fun in this, but in more a Will Smith funny-but-this-one-has-something-to-say way.
Tiffany Haddish passed through Ebro in the Morning to discuss a variety of topics including, what qualities a man needs to have to date her, why hosting SNL was so difficult, what really happened when Katt Williams spoke to her after dissing her publicly, and is she trying to bring an old classic back?
– Hot 97
Wow. That list for qualifications for her man though. Dudes (like me) will have to step CORRECT. Fair, but substantive. And Tiffany’s side of the Katt Williams drama… well worth watching this through to the end.

How Do You Think Jonah Hill Scored On His ’90s Hip-Hop Test? (Video)
So Young M.A tried a 90s quiz, and “passed” it for the most part… But Jonah Hill LIVED the 90s. The proof and homage for such is him doing really good! Evidently, Jonah knows his 90s. Good – seeing as how he’s got that movie coming and such.
Comedy: Deon Cole Admits To Having To ‘Manage His Blackness’ In Public (Video)
Shhhhh… Deon Cole. C’mon son! You telling ’em all the keys to the Culture. Facts though, especially in DC, where even though there are lots of Black folk we cannot always be ‘Black folk’ (yanadameen?). And Deon pointing out that thickness ’round town and in the crowd is 100% factual, too. Bet both pockets that memes like ‘Thicker Than Cold Peanut Butter’ are out there now if not soon, too (haha)!

Comedy: Dear Racist… Don’t Be Scared. And Don’t Call The Cops. Dial 1-844-WYT-FEAR Instead (Video)
Hilarious! Plus, Neicy Nash (always nice) is in this.
In this satirical infomercial, the comedian and actress Niecy Nash plays the inventor of a new hotline, 1-844-WYT-FEAR. The video advertises a phone service for White people to call when they can’t cope with Black people living their lives near them. It’s a real phone number we created so that fearful Whites can call it for advice, about their racism.
– The New York Times
So there you have it ‘fearful Whites’… a dedicated hotline just for you to dial up. Or, you could, maybe, just take a deep breath and a pill and go lay down somewhere or something.

Food: It’s A Pizza Burger Made Of Pizza With Toppings And Burger Patties With Toppings In Them (Video)

Know how when you are watching a video on Facebook and the next one just starts playing automatically before you know it? That’s what got me started on Epic Meal Time vids. And this one caught me up the same way. Watch, and be prepared to repeat W-T-F over and over!

Jada Pinkett Smith ‘Breaks’ Will At The ‘Red Table’ (Video)
I wonder how this ep came to be. I mean, I believe Jada was getting numbers and moving her own ship with her own steam. And while the ‘why’ behind husband Will saying ‘yes’ to a sit-down is a no-brainer, it doesn’t seem to be needed. Perhaps that makes it a bit more authentic: They/Will did not have to do this. But man, did he (one of the best)! Just watch. And these are just ‘outtakes’ (full episode embedded after the jump).
Following months of “Red Table Talk†shooting in their house, Jada Pinkett Smith invites Will on as a guest and he finally realizes the scope of her massive TV show.
Even posted it to his channel.

Comedy: When ‘Cosby’ Is Your Cellmate (Video)
Hey, you don’t come in this cell with all the filth and foul. Understand that, and share your Jello with your new cellmate, newbie. This is actually hilarious if you can set aside the real-life challenges of Bill Cosby’s incarceration.
(For the record, that fight is not over… because APPEALS process… just saying.)

Steve Harvey’s Response To An Audience With A Stuttering Problem Is Literally Therapeutic (Video)
Respek on Steve Harvey’s name for this. All this. The sista is beautiful. It was just that her situation was ugly. But it looks like that is about to look up for her.
When an audience member asks about dating with a stutter, Steve opens up about his own personal struggle. This may be the most powerful moment yet.
– Steve Harvey TV
I sooo wanted to start this post with just how fine the sista in this is… But I wanted her to be taken seriously (just as she desires, per the clip). Of course, I did slide her into the Noon spot (because she is definitely some Eye Candy).

Trevor Noah Speaks On GOP Voter Suppression & The Mid-Term Elections In Georgia (Video)
Yeah, Trevor. Good point: Funny how EVERY time we catch ‘them’ in a move to pass a law to restrict voting, it ALWAYS affects people of color DISPROPORTIONATELY! And by ‘funny’ I don’t mean… well, I am NOT laughing.
Brian Kemp, the Republican candidate for governor of Georgia, has made efforts to hold up 53,000 voter registrations, 70% of which belong to Black voters, all while maintaining his job as Georgia Secretary of State, a role in which he oversees the very election he’s running in. This is some Africa-level s**t.

Speech: Dave Chappelle Accepts Harvard’s WEB DuBois Honor (Video)
That’s what makes us Chappelles great… WE KNOW WHEN TO QUIT!
Not before at least ONE more standup special though. He said so above.
In general, more Dave Cha-P please. Indeed! Check out the full stream of his acceptance speech for an award from Harvard. GREAT speech! Great introduction, too.
And just LOOK at the folks Dave is on stage with. WOW! Some awesome company.

Politics: Dave Chappelle Speaks On Kanye West And President Trump (Video)
I’m not mad at Kanye. That’s my brother. I love him… I don’t have to agree with everything he says…
– Dave Chappelle
The REALEST talk while still keeping some of the funny in there. We’ve come to expect that from Dave Chappelle. Gotta imagine he has some empathy for an artist who the world has called ‘crazy’ (since he has been there himself).
Comedian Dave Chappelle and Maryland democratic gubernatorial candidate Ben Jealous discuss the political divide in the US since President Trump was elected president with CNN’s Van Jones.

Great interview clip! Very thoughtful conversation.

Comedy: ‘Kanye West’ Has Some Words… The Best Words… For ‘President Trump’ (Video)
Bwaaaaahahaaaa! Got eeem!
Kanye had to know that that public, very public, White House sit-down with President Trump was going to land him smack dab in the middle of a bunch of memes, spoofs, and other forms of Tom Foolery at his expense. And SNL got it IN on him!

Throwback/Comedy: Redd Foxx (1978 Standup Performance) [Video]
You’ve probably seen Redd Foxx be hilarious on ‘Sanford & Son’ on TV, or on ‘Harlem Nights’ with an ensemble cast of Black Hollywood through the late 1980s. But have you had the pleasure of seeing the late great comic do a standup? If not, cross it off your bucket list.
