See Some Hardcore Parkour On Abandoned Hotels (Video)

They are wilding out! Free running, cray or dangerous… whatever you wanna call this parkour dudes are doing on here… This is it. The moves and music will get your heart rate up (whether you are an active participant in the sport or not).
We traveled to Croatia to film parkour on the rooftops of five abandoned hotels. Using slow motion cameras, we captured three of the UK’s best free runners reclaiming the space through movement. The hotels were bombarded during the Croatian War for Independence, and you can still see the impact hits on the walls there. They have since been abandoned for twenty years. Kupari is set to be demolished and rebuilt in 2019, so the vacancy might not be for much longer.

Whoa! Looks like the modern movie-making era is finally getting it. Need to ramp up the hype to MONSTER levels WAY in ADVANCE for a potentially planet-wrecking monster movie. Godzilla, being the king of Kaiju monsters worldwide, deserves that respect and box office build-up.

“Shazam!†Will Tell The Origin Story Of DC’s Captain Marvel On The Big Screen (Trailer)

Wonder if they will work Captain Marvel (DC’s Captain Marvel, not the one over in the MCU; she’s a woman) into the Justice League… the story and the hero team… like they did in the animated “Justice League Unlimited” series on Cartoon Network back a few years ago.
New Line Cinema’s “Shazam!,†the origin story that stars Zachary Levi (TV’s “Chuckâ€) as the titular DC Super Hero, along with Asher Angel (TV’s “Andi Mackâ€) as Billy Batson, and Mark Strong (the “Kingsman†movies) in the role of Super-Villain Dr. Thaddeus Sivana.

Seems like they are really leaning in on the middle-school kid in a grown-up superhero’s body. Nothing wrong with that. Hope it works out to be a good origin storytelling experience. We will see April 2019.

One of the first series to air exclusively on DC’s upcoming streaming service, DC Universe… Here’s the series trailer for “Titans” (short for “Teen Titans”). Conspicuous by his absence on the team: Cyborg (expected though, since that character was featured prominently on the “Justice League” movie). Cyborg not being on the team will be eclipsed by Starfire’s look and outfit; barely in keeping with anything that resembles what’s in the comics. Take a look and see if you likes though.

Action-Thriller “The Predator” Gets A Proper Reboot (Trailer)

In theaters on September 14, 2018, expect to hear some hollering at screens; the good, excited fan kind. Seen some lameness in the extensions of Schwarzenegger’s classic, but this one looks like the one that will allow us to collectively hit the reset button and forget about those ‘others.’

Now, the universe’s most lethal hunters are stronger, smarter and deadlier than ever before, having genetically upgraded themselves with DNA from other species. Not mad at this at all. Feels like this flick’s storytelling will move closer to the comics and old cartoons. Good stories, maybe enough to pull a good movie from. When the Transformers emerged from 4 million years stasis on Earth, Bumblebee was a key figure. Though not the biggest or strongest, he was often entrusted with important spy missions, with protecting the Witwickys (Sparkplug, who helped discover a fuel conversion process for the Autobots, and his son Buster)… plus he could SWIM (comic fact-checking by ojones1, so y’all can ‘at’ him if you wanna argue, hahaaaa)!
Of course, Hollywood won’t stick to the 80s story too tight, but this still could make for a good holiday film.
