Stanza – ‘Coma’ (Directed by W. Feagins)
Stanza is one of Atlanta’s most talented & consistent emcees doing it & he’s not stopping. In this song entitled ‘Coma’, Stanza brings up one of the most important phrases I tend to live by everyday when presented with news from corporate media… ‘Question Everything’. Can’t always take things as face value when its presented to you & Stanza is challenging the listeners to do the same in this joint. Check out this video directed by the equally talented director Will Feagins of High Impact Designs.

Supastition – “Black Bodies” (Prod. By Praise) [Video]
@HighImpactMda @Supastition_NC Not yet will will check it once I get stationary
— Jay Force (@Jayforce) October 29, 2015
And did it get checked out? What do you think? We post only the dopest on here. Checked out and approved!
Supastition’s “Black Bodies” (produced by Praise) goes hard at America’s lack of political will and accountability, and its overall apathetic stance on unjustifiable African-American deaths at the hands of the authorities. On deck for lyrical discussion: police brutality; double standards regarding race, law enforcement and protection in the U.S.; and America’s history of decimating non-Whites.
Supastition wrote this track after reading an article on the [so-called] “moral authority of America,†when like the rest of us, he has witnessed heinous rights violations and violent deaths of unarmed Black Americans so recently. The song was brilliantly brought to video by award-winning director Will Feagins, Jr. (High Impact Multimedia) as a montage of moving stills and moving imagery to complement the straightforward lyrics and theme Supastition drives on the Praise track.
Dope work. Dope! You can get “Black Bodies” on the “Gold Standard” project from Supastition (out now).

Divided Time (Documentary Preview Trailer)
A sneak peak at the latest from Atlanta filmmaker W. Feagins Jr.? Um yeah, gotta check for that ASAP. And now…you get your peak!
“Divided Time” explores how several Hip-Hop artists attempt to find a balance between the responsibilities of fatherhood and the demands of pursuing their dreams.

staHHr – “Get Right” (Prod. Astronote) [Video]
“First step is love. Missing that, don’t bother.” – staHHr
The HH is for Hip-Hop, and so is staHHr. She definitely got love… from us and always for Hip-Hop. Hip-Hop isn’t her middle name. It’s in the middle of her name! Something so right about staHHr flows over an Astronote beat. The single “Get Right” is off the “Mother Nature with a Molotov: Molotov Season†LP. Lovely visuals above. Directed by Will Feagins, Jr for High Impact Media.
Heaven Can Wait: The Story Behind The Wall (Mini-Documentary)
“…the situation in Chicago…the war going on in the streets with these kids…these children are too young…haven’t lived for their maximum potential yet…[to] society and the world…their energy, their leadership…Heaven can wait for these kids…They haven’t had the opportunity to live…”
– Kevin “Mr. Soul” Harp
Great story-behind-the-story (visually delivered by w. Feagins Jr.; music by the homie Focus…) exploring the meaning and motivation behind the “Heaven Can Wait” mural. Artwork by Atlanta-based artists Craig “Flux” Singleton, Kevin “Mr. Soul” Harp and Goldi Gold. Moving piece.
People, watch this piece. A worthwhile holiday wish: Peace and a cease to the violence and loss of life and vital youth energy going on in Chi Raq (an unfortunate nickname for modern Chicago, for more see our earlier post here). And in this holiday season (and seasons beyond), please hug your loved ones (esp. the kids) extra tight.

Oh, that’s what they did… with a FREE download… and a W. Feagins, Jr. video? Okay then.
