Jim Jones – ‘Everybody Jones’ (Video)

I don’t particularly like this song that much, but the primary reason I’m posting this is because the video is hella creative. Jim’s video directing skills have really come a long way & I can definitely see a progression. Jim Jones employs a twitter theme for the track ‘Everybody Jones’ that appears on his new album ‘Capo’ which is now available on itunes. Personally the ‘God Bless The Child’ joint is one of my favorite tracks from the Capo album that really stands out. Maybe ‘Capo’ will get with Wyclef & shoot a video for that banger……

I’m not a fan of remakes on classics as big as the original, but at least its a legend like Charlie Wilson trying to make it work. If you just happen to be too young to remember or just plain ignorant I’ve included the song below so you can get familiar with the classic that also happens to be one of my favorites……

Too Short Talks About Music, Pimps, Hoes, & Freaknik Ninety Fo’ (Video)

I found this to be very interesting & funny interview with Too Short that was shot recently. The interviewer didn’t really have to ask Too Short any great or eye opening questions because ‘Short’ did most of the talking in the interview anyway. Short pretty much kept it moving with some interesting information about his career, Freaknik in Atlanta, & how artists back in the day used to work together as compared to the artists of today. The female host is some definite eye candy though….wow!
